Q- How long have you been trading at Sunbury Antiques Market?
A- Over 25 years
Q- What did you previously do before starting in the antique trade?
A- Peter was an engineer, Insurance Associate and Pet Food Manufacturer (not all at the same time!) Annie was a teacher
Q- What is your most memorable moment at Kempton?
A- A turban style headdress on a very slight dungereed body looking through the stock. Then a distinctive voice shouted for the price. She turned around so we could confirm it was Paloma Faith.
Q – What’s the best find you’ve ever had here?
A- We only sell at Kempton
Q- What significant changes have you seen in the trade?
A- More younger people are involved, and of course the effect of social media.
Q- What’s your style?
A- Vintage Americana
Q- What brings you back time and again?
A- The people, the buyers and the atmosphere
Q- What is the one thing you cannot live without?
A- Travel and wine
